2. Refund Process

•     Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

•     Shipping charges are not refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items, such as personalized or custom-made sculptures, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

4. Conditions for Return

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received. Items that are damaged, opened, or otherwise altered will not be accepted.
